Korn Ferry is a global organizational consulting firm. They work with their clients to design optimal organization structures, roles, and responsibilities. Our job? To create memorable communications highlighting their knowledge and expertise, across multiple formats and multiple countries. With such a wide spectrum of guidelines across the business we worked hard to ensure each project matched up.

The Brief

So much of the work we have done for Korn Ferry starts with findings, it may be a table of results, a questionnaire or perhaps a whitepaper. Our brief has been to translate them into something people understand, both verbally and visually. Always taking into consideration the specific audiences we may be talking to from HR generalists to CEOs.

The Process

First step is to research the content or service and select the elements that are most likely to resonate. Develop a tone of voice and create a more human centric narrative. Copy that’s written in plain English but regarding an often complicated system or service.

Language that people understand

We truly believe that copy should be clear, concise and there is often little harm in having some charm.

In an often overly corporate world, stats tend to be presented in static PPT templates, not here.
We created visuals that brought the stat to life in contemporary and bold illustrations. Each design was created in static and animated form.

In most cases the work we did need needed to be designed
so it could be easily adapted to multiple languages.

Statistics were presented in made to measure graphs designed to specifically express the core finding.
