FutureNHS
Working closely with the fantastic team at the NHS and Social Kinetic, we were tasked with the exciting job of reviewing and updating the FutureNHS brand look, feel and messaging. The collaboration platform was up and running but it’s story had not been heard.
The Brief
To create a wide range of brand assets that assisted a new revised narrative, all with the key aim of better reflecting the work of the FutureNHS and the people that they support everyday. It was also important we nodded to the past identity as it did already have some recognition.
The Process
Rather than throwing out the old, we played on the existing ‘chevron’ motif. We refined the logo but it’s the rollout of this identity which really brings the brand to life. Step 1 was to understand the true benefits that the platform gave its users and create a distilled narrative that explained these in a way that was understood by all.

It doesn’t matter how beautiful the brand is, we appreciate it’s essential it works around a cohesive and memorable written narrative. We created a full positioning document.

The collab graphic
Using the chevron graphic we created a large library of bespoke icons that could be used to backup specific messages.
Full rollout
We wanted to ensure the brand was as future proofed as possible. To do this we created a broad set of brand rollout examples and templates. From PPT slides, animation templates to email campaigns and exhibition stands.
The Result
We are proud to have played our part in getting FutureNHS noticed. They now have a growing membership of 300,000.
